About This Ministry
Every Sunday, while the main service is on, our children gather for their own time of worship, teaching and fun. Children from birth through to Year 6 are grouped by age so that every child hears about God in a way that makes sense for where they are, whether that is a toddler hearing a Bible story for the first time or an older child asking harder questions.
A typical morning includes worship, a Bible lesson brought to life through stories, crafts and games, and time to pray together. We want children to leave knowing three things: that God loves them, that the Bible is worth reading, and that church is a place where they belong.
If you are visiting for the first time, please come to the children's welcome point a few minutes before the service begins. A member of the team will sign your child in, take a note of any allergies or particular needs, and show you where to collect them afterwards. Children are only released to the adult who brought them. Parents and guardians are always welcome to stay with their child, and you are welcome to ask the team anything at all about how the morning runs.
We are always glad to hear from anyone who would like to help, whether that is teaching, helping with crafts, or simply being another friendly face at the door. Speak to Bro Blessing or use the volunteer form below.
